What is the Concierge VIP All Access Membership?
It is our exclusive membership program designed to provide patients with preferred member rates, valuable monthly service credit, and exclusive privileges across a range of aesthetic, wellness, and surgical services.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is $99 per month with a 6 month commitment.
What do members receive?
Members enjoy preferred member rates on select services, including Botox, spa services, microneedling, lasers, dermal fillers, wellness services, Ultherapy, NuEra Tight, Emsculpting, in-store skincare, and $1,000 off any surgical procedure, along with $50 per month in banked service credit.
Can I use part of my monthly payment toward services?
Yes. $50 of your monthly membership fee becomes service credit that may be used toward future services.
Do the monthly service credits roll over?
Yes. Monthly service credits roll over, allowing you to save them for a future treatment or larger service.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. The membership requires a 6-month minimum commitment.
Can I cancel after that?
Yes. After the initial 6 months, you may cancel at any time.
Are all skin tightening treatments included at the same rate?
No. 35% off applies specifically to NuEra Tight and Emsculpting. Other qualifying treatments, such as Ultherapy, are included at their own preferred member rate.
Does the skincare savings apply online?
No. The 20% member savings applies to skincare purchased in-store only. For products ordered online, the member discount does not apply, although online orders will typically include a gift with purchase, when available.
Is this membership worthwhile if I receive Botox regularly?
Yes. Patients who receive Botox consistently often find exceptional value in the $11 per unit preferred member rate, along with the additional savings available across other services.
Is this a good membership for someone planning surgery?
Absolutely. The combination of monthly banked service credit and $1,000 off any surgical procedure makes it an excellent option for patients planning ahead.
