About Mala Singh

Mala Singh, who has been practicing pharmacy since 1996, has a diverse background in healthcare settings, including acute care and several leadership roles as a clinical and operational pharmacy leader.

The stress associated with the latter role led Mala to explore different tools to better manage the mental overload and performance anxiety she dealt with. This is how she ultimately discovered the transformative benefits of mindfulness meditation and life coaching. Embracing these practices daily, Mala pursued extensive training to become a certified life coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF-ACC).

Leveraging her dual expertise in pharmacy and coaching, Mala empowers fellow healthcare professionals and her clients to cultivate internal resources for stress management and enhance their emotional and mental well-being.

Through her coaching sessions, she supports individuals in achieving a better work-life balance and improved relationships with friends and family. She has expertise in navigating challenges with resilience and clarity.
