Dr. Skul is a graduate of Rush Medical College in Chicago and is a board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine. She is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Rush University and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Skul is also a leader in shaping guidelines for internists' educational requirements through the American College of Physicians. Her dedication to education has earned her numerous teaching awards, including the prestigious Laureate Award.
